Position Summary 

The Executive Sales Recruiter will lead end to end executive and senior-level talent acquisition efforts focused on Argano Business Development and Account Management professionals. The ideal candidate possesses deep market expertise, extensive executive search experience, and a proven ability to attract and close high-caliber sales talent. This role requires strong partnership with business leaders, hiring managers, and practice executives to develop talent strategies that support business growth. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Executive Search & Talent Acquisition 

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Account Executive, Business Development, and senior sales roles across Argano's service lines and geographies 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified sales candidates 
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline of high-performing sales professionals 
  • Hunt passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, competitor mapping, events, and referral cultivation 

Strategic Talent Partnership 

  • Partner with leadership to deeply understand each Business Unit needs, target verticals, and deal size expectations 
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.  
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.  
  • Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and recruitment expertise.  

Candidate Relationship Management 

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Oracle professionals and industry leaders.  
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.  
  • Represent Argano's employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates.  
  • Facilitate the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience. 

Sourcing & Networking 

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, sales communities, and industry networks to identify top talent.  
  • Develop strategic talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and executive-level positions.  
  • Deliver a compelling, differentiated Argano employer value proposition to elite candidates  
  • Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship-building strategies.  

Team Collaboration & Leadership 

  • Collaborate with global recruiting teams to share best practices and drive recruitment excellence.  
  • Mentor and support recruiters on sales-specific sourcing and engagement techniques.  
  • Partner with HR, Compensation, and leadership teams on offer strategy and closing efforts.  

Reporting & Compliance 

  • Track and report recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes.  
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruiting standards, and company policies.  
  • Leverage ATS and recruitment technologies to maintain accurate candidate records and reporting.  

 

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.  

 

Experience 

  • 7 –10+ years of full-cycle executive sales recruiting experience.  
  • Minimum 4+ years recruiting specifically for technical sales-related positions.  
  • Demonstrated success recruiting technical sales candidates. 
  • Proven track record of closing executive, senior sales, and account managers.  
  • Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and talent mapping.  

Required Skills & Competencies 

Industry Expertise  

  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.  
  • Ability to provide insights on talent market conditions. 
  • Knowledge of consulting ecosystems and partner networks. 

Recruitment Excellence 

  • Expertise in executive search, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition strategy.  
  • Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, incorporating AI strategies and other talent intelligence platforms.  
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, or similar systems.  
  • Advanced understanding of resume screening and initial candidate  
  • assessment. Ability to conduct preliminary interviews and gather relevant information. 
  • Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques to find passive candidates. 

Communication & Influence 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Ability to build credibility with executives, hiring leaders, and candidates.  
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.  

Analytical & Organizational Skills 

  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and market trends.  
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.  
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Consulting or professional services sales recruiting background.  
  • Experience supporting global recruiting initiatives.
