We are looking for a Sales Representative in Networking Solutions to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Nairobi, Kenya to enhance our regional presence and expand our East African portfolio.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.


Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:


  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact, presentations, and frequent visits.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your technical sales experience in IoT and networking
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika Networking Solutions and its products.
  • Collaborate with the technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Find potential leads, reaching out to new potential clients via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication.
  • Be responsible for supporting the full cycle of sales in the East African Market.

What we expect of you:


  • Proven Technical and Sales Experience in IoT focusing on Networking solutions.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Good understanding of customer relations, and a strong motivation to work in B2B sales with active business client search.
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) as it will be your primary working language.
  • Organized, results-oriented and challenge-driven personality.
  • Ability to adapt fast and make decisions independently.
  • Ambition to generate substantial earnings by conquering foreign markets with an innovative product.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
