Our client is looking for a Sales Representative to join their growing investment services team. They operate in the alternative investment space, helping investors access diversified opportunities, and have built a strong reputation in recent years for delivering strategic, income-focused solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven sales and is confident communicating with sophisticated investors. The position focuses on guiding potential and existing clients through investment opportunities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and trust.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound and inbound outreach through calls, email, text, and virtual meetings

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing investors

  • Understand client financial goals and align them with suitable investment opportunities

  • Clearly explain investment offerings, including structure, timelines, expected returns, and tax advantages

  • Support investors throughout the onboarding process, including documentation and funding steps

  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and follow-ups within the CRM

  • Re-engage webinar attendees, inbound leads, and repeat investors

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine communication strategies and improve the investor experience



Requirements
  • Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends to match investor schedules

  • Strong financial literacy and ability to discuss investment concepts confidently

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously

  • Professional demeanor when interacting with high-net-worth individuals

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, investor relations, or financial services

  • Proven ability to close deals or guide clients through a sales cycle

  • Experience working with accredited investors or similar client profiles

  • Fluency in American English with a neutral accent

  • Strong listening and qualification skills

  • Familiarity with private placements and investor-related discussions

  • CRM experience is a plus
