Our company is a start-up that specializes in episodes of care benefit plans. We have a deep expertise in episode pricing and analytics and our goal is to bring transparency and efficiency to the healthcare market. Our company is committed to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to our customers.

Role Description
Oxbridge Health is a forward-thinking company committed to delivering innovative healthcare solutions. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help drive growth in the large group ASO (Administrative Services Only) market. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional to build a broker book, develop deep self-funded expertise, and grow into a senior producer role over time.

Responsibilities

Sales Execution and Pipeline Development:

  • Execute on territory sales plans to support growth targets in the large group ASO market.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities within the assigned territory through consistent outreach and broker engagement.
  • Move opportunities through the pipeline with disciplined follow-up and timely activity.

Broker and Consultant Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with brokers, consultants, and key contacts in the assigned territory.
  • Provide brokers with product information, sales collateral, and ongoing support to help them position ASO plans effectively.
  • Respond promptly to broker questions, quote requests, and follow-up needs.

Collaboration and Solution Support:

  • Partner with internal teams (Underwriting, Sales Ops, Account Management) to gather the information needed to advance opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the ASO market.
  • Bring broker and prospect feedback back to internal teams to help refine our positioning.

Presentations and Proposals:

  • Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations and proposals to prospective clients, with support from senior sales leaders on larger or more complex opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the RFP and Sales Coordinator team to ensure submissions are accurate and on time.

Sales Reporting and CRM Hygiene:

  • Maintain accurate and current records of activities, opportunities, and pipeline in the CRM.
  • Contribute to regular pipeline reviews and performance reporting with sales leadership.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally working with brokers in the mid-market or self-funded benefits space (employee benefits, group health, ancillary, or stop loss experience all relevant).
  • Track record of meeting activity goals, quotas, or new business targets in a previous sales role.
  • Working knowledge of self-funded insurance plans and the ASO market (deep technical expertise not required at this level, but eagerness to learn is).
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with comfort interacting with brokers, consultants, and prospective clients.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to manage a territory and pipeline under sales leadership guidance.
  • Solid presentation skills and confidence in front of brokers and prospects.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and standard sales productivity tools.
  • Highly organized, with strong follow-up habits.
