Role Overview
The Sales Scrum Master & CRM Coordinator will play a central role in managing daily sales operations, ensuring CRM governance, and maintaining process discipline across the global sales team. This role blends Scrum coordination with CRM administration, requiring strong technical capability, attention to detail, and consistent communication across regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Sales Coordination
- Conduct daily Scrum calls with sales representatives across multiple regions.
- Track leads, follow-ups, offers, and deal progress during stand-ups.
- Ensure timely updates and alignment across the sales pipeline.
2. CRM Governance & Operations
- Onboard new sales hires to Fouress CRM protocols, workflows, and data standards.
- Monitor adherence to CRM procedures and escalate non-compliance.
- Actively use Zoho CRM to create, update, audit, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain and update CRM SOP documentation as processes evolve.
3. KPI Tracking & Reporting
- Track sales KPIs using Power BI dashboards and internal reporting tools.
- Identify process gaps and present data-backed insights to management.
- Ensure visibility of pipeline status across sales, procurement, and operations.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure seamless pipeline flow.
- Support management with structured reports, observations, and improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM operations, or Scrum/project coordination.
- Hands-on experience with any CRM platform; Zoho CRM experience is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
