As a Sales Senior Specialist - Sales Enabler - Port Arthur, TX, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships while supporting business growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, technical specialists, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, deliver value-driven solutions, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

As a Sales Senior Specialist - Sales Enabler - Port Arthur, TX you will be based out of a customer location in the Port Arthur, TX area and you will leverage your commercial expertise, customer-focused approach, and relationship management skills to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in account management, business reviews, technical solution discussions, and day-to-day commercial operations while supporting the successful execution of sales and service strategies.

As a Sales Senior Specialist - Sales Enabler - Port Arthur, TX, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and operational needs.

  • Managing key customer accounts while identifying opportunities to expand business and increase customer value.

  • Originating and developing sales opportunities through proactive customer engagement and account management activities.

  • Collaborating with sales, technical, operations, and service teams to deliver innovative solutions that address customer challenges.

  • Coordinating cross-functional resources to support projects, technical sales initiatives, and customer requirements.

  • Developing, leading, and delivering business reviews, customer presentations, and commercial updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Presenting technical and commercial information to customers, leadership teams, and business partners in a clear and effective manner.

  • Managing the day-to-day commercial and operational activities associated with assigned customer accounts.

  • Supporting technicians, account representatives, and customer teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.

  • Establishing trusted relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and consistent customer support.

  • Following sales and service standards to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.

  • Maintaining accurate customer records, account plans, and commercial documentation.

  • Supporting commercial strategies that improve customer retention, operational performance, and revenue growth.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience in sales, account management, customer success, business development, or a related commercial function.

Work in a Way That Works for You

This role may require customer visits, schedule flexibility, and collaboration across multiple teams and locations to support business and customer needs.

Shift: Monday - Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM 100% onsite in Port Arthur, TX.
