About Shufti Pro

Shufti Pro is a global leader in AI-powered identity verification (IDV) and anti-money laundering (AML) solutions. We provide advanced KYC, KYB, and KYI services that help businesses onboard customers securely and meet complex regulatory demands. Trusted by leaders in FinTech, Crypto, Banking, and E-commerce, our technology delivers real-time verification in over 240 countries and territories, powering a safer, fraud-free digital world.

The Mission: Be the Vanguard of Our US Expansion

We are building our foundational US sales team and need a high-velocity, process-driven SMB Account Executive from the identity verification and fraud prevention industry. You will be the tip of the spear: owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, executing a proven playbook to engage SMB founders, product leaders, and compliance officers. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently crush monthly and quarterly targets, establishing Shufti Pro as a critical partner for SMBs across key US verticals.

Here’s What You’ll Own & Execute:

  • Full-Cycle Sales Hunting: Proactively generate and manage your entire pipeline. This means relentless outbound prospecting (using Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, Outreach) combined with swiftly converting inbound leads.
  • Qualify & Demonstrate Value: Rapidly qualify opportunities using frameworks like MEDDPICC. Conduct compelling, tailored demos that connect Shufti Pro’s capabilities to specific SMB pain points around fraud, compliance costs, and conversion rates.
  • Negotiate & Close New Logos: Own the commercial conversation end-to-end. You’ll navigate pricing, overcome objections, and secure contracts, focusing on landing first customers and building a foundation for account expansion.
  • Master Your Territory: Develop deep expertise in the US SMB landscape—key verticals (FinTech, Crypto, E-commerce, Gig Economy) and relevant regulatory nuances (e.g., NYDFS, CCPA). Maintain a pristine, forecastable pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate to Win: Partner with SDRs on top-of-funnel strategy, leverage Solution Engineers for technical depth, and be the crucial voice of the SMB customer to our Product and Marketing teams.

You Are The Ideal Candidate If You Have This Non-Negotiable Experience:

  • Industry-Specific Tenure: 1+ years in a full-cycle closing role (or a top-performing BDR role) within the Identity Verification, KYC/AML, or Fraud Prevention SaaS industry. Experience at a direct competitor (e.g., Veriff, Onfido, Jumio, Socure) is a major advantage.
  • Proven B2B SaaS Pedigree: 2-4 years in B2B SaaS sales with a documented history of consistent quota attainment in a transactional, high-velocity environment.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a sales engagement platform (Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Methodical Selling: Familiarity with structured qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.

Your Core DNA:

  • Relentless Hunter: You are intrinsically motivated to build pipelines and close new business. You thrive on autonomy and the challenge of the hunt.
  • High-Velocity Executor: You manage a high volume of activities and opportunities with precision, moving deals forward with urgency and agility.
  • Articulate & Value-Driven: You can distill complex tech into simple, compelling business outcomes that resonate with time-strapped SMB decision-makers.
  • Resilient & Coachable: You possess grit, learn quickly from setbacks, and actively seek feedback to improve.
