  • Develop structured implementation plans to support seamless delivery handover

Post-Sale Solutioning

  • Identify opportunities for client expansion across programmes, markets, and features

  • Support clients with regional expertise to enable effective scaling

  • Deliver workshops, training, and enablement initiatives to strengthen client capability

  • Resolve technical escalations post-implementation to maintain strong client relationships

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate technical RFP processes across internal teams

  • Maintain clarity on deal structures and ensure governance on exceptions

  • Track capability gaps and analyse lost deals to inform product improvements

  • Keep regional documentation and insights up to date for commercial teams

What it takes to succeed:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or solution architecture within fintech or payments

  • Strong technical expertise in solution architecture, integrations, and API-driven platforms

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences

  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales including discovery, RFP management, and proposal development

  • Deep understanding of regional compliance and fintech market requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to identifying gaps

  • Self-driven and adaptable mindset suited to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
