As a Sales Specialist for the Americas Retail Organization, you will be supporting a diverse group of Subject Matter Experts in the Retail Space As part of the Deals Pursuit Team, you will have a variety of unique, complex, revenue-driven decisions to make each day as you prioritize deal size, deal complexity, and specialist involvement to help maximize efficiency of our teams.   

Job duties and responsibilities 

  • Identify: deals and drive sales process for opportunities by: 

Tracking deals program/project management 

Salesforce hygiene – follow SOPs for consistency 

Salesforce Reporting - analysis 

  • Liaise: Presales; Legal; Account Teams; Product Management; Executive Leadership 
  • Demonstrate: proficiency of the pricing / licensing / packaging of complex deals 
  • Multi-task: manage multiple simultaneous projects 
  • Manage: details of deals: delivery dates, deal components, checklist items, identify blockers 
  • Other Deals Pursuit Initiatives: eliminating knowledge silos; training & process improvement 

Required qualifications  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or BA or equivalent work experience

  • Presentation Skills

  • Problem Solving Skills

  • Negotiation Skills

Preferred qualifications 

  • Salesforce

  • QuoteBuilder 

  • Familiar with subscription software agreements 

  • Previous experience with NCR Voyix internal processes 

  • Self-directed and customer focused projects 

  • Demonstrate proficiency of the pricing / licensing / packaging and Business Impact Model
