  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to organize, assemble, and manage content effectively.

  • Skilled at translating complex or technical concepts into clear, client-ready narratives.

  • Ability to coordinate SMEs, marketing, and design teams to produce cohesive, compliant, and visually compelling proposals and presentations.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under pressure.

  • Excellent written communication, grammar, composition, proofreading, and editing skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other workplace software.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.

  • Experience creating or coordinating sales collateral, such as one-pagers, presentations, and customer-facing costings, to support new business development and client retention.

What We Offer

  • Paid time off (vacation and sick)

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Employee assistance program (EAP)

  • Career development and ongoing training

Important to Know

  • Veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.

  • HHS is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer committed to workplace diversity and inclusion.

  • Must be available to work in office Tuesday through Thursday each week, with additional in-office presence required during the onboarding period, and in support of critical submission deadlines.
