Job description
Account Managers are responsible for growing our company’s bottom line by identifying areas of opportunity within an account and helping clients use our platform more holistically. Ultimately, this will help our clients take less paper payments and more electronic payments.
Account Managers leverage data to create a cadence for proactive reach out and touch points throughout the customer life cycle. They track progress and account growth using our CRM and analytics dashboards.
During calls, Account Managers guide clients through an agenda that identifies the under-utilzed features. From there, the Account Manager will demonstrate different elements of the platform and urge clients to take action implementing features.
Responsibilities and Duties
Proactively contact customers and have meaningful conversations to increase product usage
Utilize the company’s CRM and other project management tools to work efficiently and track progress
Leverage all available data on customer payment processing to prioritize customers touch points and create growth plans for agencies
Identify upsell opportunities and sell the value of under-utilized features
Increase the volume of payments being taken within assigned accounts
