About the opportunity
The Account Operations Associate will support Account Managers in day-to-day responsibilities including configuring new customer accounts, executing customer requests within the InCloudCounsel app, and maintaining Salesforce records. This person will also assist with product feature requests and customer data requests, working closely with the product team as well as others to efficiently support our customers and future company growth. This is a new role on our account management team, and provides a great introduction to the exciting world of legal tech and our global account management operations.
The Account Operations Associate will report directly to the Customer Development Manager at Ontra, and we are open to great candidates across the U.S.*
What you’ll do
- Respond to and provide guidance on all customer asks in regards to app changes; you’ll become an app expert and a go-to resource for questions
- Maintain Salesforce records in collaboration with Sales Operations team
- Support Directors and Managing Directors on invoicing tasks
- Work closely with the Account Management Directors to understand and prioritize new feature requests
- Lead fulfillment of customer data requests, utilizing app data, Salesforce, and Looker
What you’ll bring
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar platform preferred; understanding of and interest in reporting and analytics a plus
- A high level of comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools; you love data, numbers, and figuring out how it all fits together
- Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with a global team and across multiple departments and workstreams
- Effective multitasking skills; comfortable juggling various tasks and adapting as priorities come up and change
- Internships or full-time work experience sales, account management, deal desk, or sales operations preferred
