As a Customer Success Manager at A Cloud Guru (a Pluralsight company), you'll be responsible for the post-sale customer relationship for our B2B side of the business and become a product specialist. You'll on-board and engage our customers to drive adoption by crafting detailed customer plans and partnering with stakeholders. You'll be the voice of the customer and partner with ACG's product, sales, and marketing teams.

What you'll own:
- The post-sale customer relationship for our B2B side of the business
- Managing the customer lifecycle through on-boarding, platform adoption, and renewal
- Partnering with key stakeholders (external and internal) to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Learning new technologies quickly and deliver A Cloud Guru's value proposition
- Being the voice of your customers and their internal champion, advocating for product feedback and improvements
- Embracing a dynamic work environment that requires proficiency with managing multiple e-learning platforms
Experience you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager owning multiple client relationships
- Proven track record for developing relationships quickly
- Experience delivering on key Customer Success metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
