Eventus is experiencing rapid growth and as we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and driven leader to build, motivate and manage a team of global sales engineers to influence and drive commercial business decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will align closely with the Global Sales VP, Regional Managing Sales Directors, Product, and Engineering to help close deals by getting the product and technical "win" and execute strategic solutions for customers and partners
  • You will co-build, lead, and strengthen Eventus' sales engineering team to meet revenue goals
  • Refine and scale the core sales engineering processes such as discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
  • Develop solution and customer proposals
  • Develop and deliver product and solution demonstrations
  • Work with sales leadership and clients to design, create and present business solutions to increase client revenue growth
  • Drive the development of account plans for larger clients
  • Provide advice and support response to requests for proposals (RFPs), i.e., present recommendations and associated benefits to clients
  • Participate in regional industry events/organizations as a thought leader
  • Promote products and business solutions at conferences, forums, and seminars
  • Collaborate with a variety of internal functional areas to ensure solutions are implemented and supported in-line with client expectations
  • Provide input on product development or enhancements to existing products to product management function

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR a related field OR equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales engineering or systems engineering with at least 1 year managing and directing a sales engineering team
  • Excellent knowledge and prior experience in Enterprise SaaS is required, FinTech experience in Trade Surveillance, AML and both traditional and digital assets is preferred
  • Strong customer relationship and people skills as well as strong written communications and presentation skills
  • Understands MEDIC, Tell-Show-Tell , FAB and other pre-sales and sales systems for success
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to influence technical decision makers and executives
  • Ability to travel as needed
