Entry-Level Healthcare Sales - Account Management Associate

Iodine Software is seeking an Account Management Associate to support current clients and the expansion of our relationship with them by supporting our internal account management team. Iodine Software is a leader in utilizing AI and Machine Learning to improve patient care. In this position you will build foundational knowledge on how Healthcare Providers and Networks function/operate while at the same time learn how to navigate a complex B2B sale.
What You’ll Do
- Learn entry level commercial skills, working alongside Account Managers
- Gain exposure and assist with the process of renewing current relationships, and cross selling new solutions to current clients.
- Support Account Managers throughout the renewal process, including the creation of contracts, managing contact schedules and communications, client attendance at various Iodine events
- Assist with planning, scheduling and execution of various client interactions and meetings
- Understand and communicate to management, all of your potential (client’s) needs, issues, concerns and timelines
- Clearly articulate Iodine Software’s value proposition, tailoring your communication to the specific needs of specific individuals within large scale organizations.
- Build rapport with contacts working a process that is focused on both following-up and following through with additional information
- Ensuring accuracy of all renewal related and xsell related information in Salesforce and other key reporting medium
- Continuous exposure to all departments within the organization with opportunity to grow into various roles
What You'll Need
Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications and experience):
- Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 3.5 GPA
- Specific anecdotes of grit and drive to win
- A great team player with initiative and enthusiasm
- Excellent verbal and written communication, follow-through and organizational skills
- Positive, self-starter attitude with a high level of personal ownership
- Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work
- Strong time management skills
- Eagerness to learn with a continuous improvement mantra
- Strong extracurricular engagement
