Head of Enterprise Sales

Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to meet our revenue growth targets driven primarily through new enterprise customer acquisition and new product sales. This is a new position leading and shaping our enterprise sales team reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
What you’ll do:
- Elaborate on our enterprise sales motion and go-to-market strategies owing all strategic planning and execution ensuring continued growth and scale
- Fully own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance management with the goal of leading an effective, high performance sales organization.
- Become highly proficient with ePayPolicy products and related value propositions
- Build and promote strong, collaborative customer relationships by partnering with key stakeholders and properly understanding their needs in order to maximize our value.
- Identify emerging actionable opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition that could negatively impact our business.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and KPI reporting to CRO and Executive team for use in organization planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
- Work collaboratively across all functions at ePayPolicy in order to drive essential insights and customer/prospect value
- Be willing to travel with no restrictions to industry trade shows and in-person prospect meetings
What you'll need:
- 7+ years of combined selling experience and sales management with a focus on enterprise level prospects and a track record of exceeding quota. Experience in commercial insurance preferred
- Proficient in sales principles & practices and the ability to coach and manage to them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills:ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, hypothesis, and recommendations in order to drive action
- Excel in problem solving, issue-resolution, and negotiation
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Proficient with MS Office, Salesforce, lead & cadence mngt solutions like Saleloft or Outreach.IO
