ePayPolicy is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help us reach that next level. We provide an online payment solution for commercial insurance agencies and MGAs (commercial insurance brokers) that our customers love and rave about. As a part of our continuing growth, we’ve picked up key industry endorsements with more on the way.
We currently have over 1,500 clients across the country. It’s an exciting time for our company and if you are a Rockstar in inside sales, we want you to join us for the ride.

You are super energetic, and you want to bring your contagious passion to a startup environment. You believe that it’s common courtesy to respond to an email or phone call within 24 hours. When you communicate with someone via phone or email, you take pride in your clear, professional communication skills.
When it comes to sales, you have a proven track record in an inside sales role making cold calls, setting up appointments, doing online product demos, and getting prospects to sign up online. Throughout your career, you have proven that you can continually improve through trial and error and constructive feedback.
As a bonus, you have deep connections in the commercial insurance world...or you’ve sold in the payments industry before as an ISO, PayFac, or other type of payment processor.
About the Role
This is a full-time role based out of our office in Westlake (Austin, TX). You will be provided a call list pre-loaded into our cloud CRM (Pipedrive) so you can spend more time calling and less time doing data entry.
For the first 5 days, you will go through our training program where you will learn about the industry, our product, and the competitive landscape. You will also talk with our existing customers to hear about our product and service in their words. Once you start calling prospects, you will be responsible for making 90+ calls per day and keeping activity logged with follow ups in the CRM.
