The Enterprise Services Team is excited to add a Lead Account Manager to their roster! In this role, you will support numerous Account Managers, who work with our enterprise brands to provide recommendations based on their analytical findings. This team's main focus is to reduce churn and build effective relationships. Your role will be to provide support and guidance to the growing team. 


We are looking for a self-starter who works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will have experience in account management, as well as taking initiative in a leadership role. We are looking for someone who has some experience in department planning, work delegation, and team goal setting.


What you'll do

  • Manage, coach, and support a team of Account Managers 
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of enterprise brands
  • Leverage your knowledge into creating processes to facilitate consistent and high-quality service
  • Follow-up on escalated concerns from enterprise accounts while looking for opportunities to strengthen relationships 
  • Support the growth of your team by having ongoing development conversations
  • Work with other Lead Account Managers to onwardly develop the proficiency of the wider account management practice
  • Attend regular talent management meetings and actively participate in team hiring interviews
  • Coordinate and plan team building activities
  • Encourage authentic team and individual recognition on an ongoing basis
  • Set daily goals for the team and report daily results to Leadership Team
  • Set individual training plans for members of the team specific to their areas of opportunity
  • Create an energetic, positive and inspiring team environment

What we're looking for

  • A work ethic that demonstrates dedication and commitment to Bold’s mission and belief in our BUILDERS Code
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, ecommerce preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of Bold products and offerings
  • Strong business acumen and ability to advise enterprise-level clients 
  • Proven ability to build an excellent and effective rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem solving skills and a knack for identifying areas for opportunity
