realtor.com (RDC) is looking for a high energy and dynamic SDR Manager to provide pre-sales support to our Lender and Title sales teams. This role will be responsible for leading the team who engage with both inbound and outbound prospects, with a focus on qualifying and setting appointments for our sales team. This leadership role is responsible for one of the first touch points for our prospective customers and has the opportunity to set the tone for the entire sales cycle.
Roles and Respsibilities
- Hire, coach and manage a team of Sales Development Reps
- Develop the sales, product and industry skills of each team member
- Motivate team members through creative incentives
- Regularly report on Team/Individual Results
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity
Qualifications:
- Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as individual contributor
- Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
