About the job

We are seeking an experienced team player to support and accelerate our continued growth. Specifically focused on continuing our expansion of OEM and technology licencing strategic partnerships with the “Powered by Ground Labs” portfolio. Ideally based in North America although this is a world-wide role.

Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, we are first and foremost looking for an “hands on” individual who can roll their sleeves up and make things happen and happen fast.

Experience working in a fast growth dynamic global software SAAS company would be a distinct advantage as we push to keep up with our market potential. We are seeking a team player who can help be part of our continued success story. If you have a track record gained from building out either OEM or strategic technology licencing partnerships across the globe and preferably gained in cyber security, inc compliance, that would be a bonus but not essential

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be initially responsible for accelerating our existing key strategic partnerships, closing out those in progress together with finding and onboarding new logos. This person will be required to demonstrate a solid track record of success in building out such a model. Someone who possess the ability to build deep and sustainable relationships at all levels is crucial for this role.

  • Evaluate and revise the OEM/Strategic Partnership strategy with the CRO which builds on the company’s core GTM objectives.
  • Understand and manage complex technology licensing agreements/contracts.
  • Engage and leverage internal resources across presales, engineering, legal and marketing to land the plan.
  • Define appropriate KPIs.
  • Perform detailed opportunity reviews against the agreed KPI’s on an on-going basis – including the wider teams as appropriate.
  • Own with marketing the joint go to market projects and campaigns designed to generate leads and revenue.
  • Act as main point of contact for communications internally and external.

Qualifications

  • Strong track record within the software industry having built and owned OEM and or strategic technology licencing partnerships.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in such role
  • MBA, Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or similar field preferred.
  • Extensive business development skills with the ability to build out and execute to a robust business plan which is measurable.
  • Program management skills.
  • Ability to engage at C level - face to face – working across virtual teams both internally and with potential partners.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Ability to travel including internationally 40% post Covid.
