Partner Development Manager EMEA, HelloSign (Location Flexible)
Role Description
We are looking to hire a talented ISV Development Manager EMEA to join our successful EMEA Channel Team. As an ISV Development Manager on HelloSign you will look to create an ecosystem of ISVs that will embed HelloSign technology into their core products and delivering an effective e signature solution. You will build a strong relationship with the potential ISVs, lead developments and training whilst being the champion with our API experts and their engineering teams. Build strong engagement with ISV leadership, enable their sales teams and even help to promote this partnership to their own partner network. You will drive marketing activities with the support of our marketing resources to help scale penetration in their customer base and boost HelloSign GNARR. Effective pipeline management will be key whilst following an approved sales engagement strategy, this is a huge opportunity to build new go to market for Dropbox and Hellosign.
Responsibilities
- Drive significant ISV recruitment and business growth in this new segment that HelloSign wants to invest in
- Identify key collaborators to establish relationships and credibility within those ISV organisations, and help them realise the full potential of HelloSign
- Work closely with account teams to develop joint pipeline when this the integration is in place
- You will be responsible for the delivery of the EMEA revenue quota. Specifically responsible for the revenue and goal achievement of the specific ISV onboarded
- Establish positive relationships with the ISVs recruited
- You will provide training, mentoring and support to the ISVs on the product, sales and operational side
- Proven ability to work towards business goals and comfortable with priorities developing as needed
- Lead key programs and evaluate return on investment
- You will own, build, develop and craft the ISV plan for the designated region based upon the above analysis
- Working with relevant supporting functions train and collaborate with those key ISVs teams to bring the best embedded HelloSign experience to their customers
- Own the engagement between the wider Dropbox teams with the ISV community
Requirements
- Proven IT technology sales experience
- Experience with working with ISVs - Alliances in the technology spaces
- Experience or awareness of channel/ISV partnerships (SaaS background preferred)
- Deep understanding of the esignature solution process and legal environment in EMEA, as well as the driven offerings (not crucial as can be trained)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Self starter and extraordinary teammate
