 About the Role

As the Regional Sales Lead, DACH  you will be an instrumental part of the EMEAR Sales Leadership team. You will:

  • Set the vision, growth strategy, & pace for the DACH Region.  Capture the whitespace in F1000.
  • Partner successfully with Cisco to leverage the opportunities being part of the Cisco family.
  • Attract, recruit, and hire future Enterprise Sales professionals and Club attendees
  • Inspire, develop, coach and retain high-performing Sales Professionals located across Germany 
  • Instil a challenger sales mentality and embrace sales process rigor as an accelerator
  • Own, drive, and accurately forecast new revenue bookings, retention, and upsell/cross-sell
  • Indirectly lead key members of the Sales Ecosystem (such as Solutions Engineering, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Channel)
  • Partner internally with Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance and other internal teams to continuously improve our sales approach, average deal size, sales cycle time, win rate, and retention rate.

  • Attract, recruit, and hire future Enterprise Sales professionals and Club attendees
  • Encourage, develop, mentor and retain high-performing Sales Professionals  located across Germany
  • Instil a challenger sales mentality and embrace sales process rigor as an accelerator
  • Own, drive, and accurately forecast new revenue bookings, retention, and upsell/cross-sell

Who You Are:

  • High energy sales leader, passionate about the market opportunity and problems we address
  • Successful Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience with proven ability in delivering results
  • Track record of inspiring and developing high-performing sales teams within a Cloud/SaaS selling environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build, negotiate and close large SaaS enterprise accounts, selling complex enterprise software solutions and SaaS to the C suite, exceeding revenue targets and accomplishing key business objectives
  • Strong knowledge of Sales trends, “best practices,” and repeatable processes that work effectively in a world-class sales environment
  • Excellent business and technical acumen, evidenced by referenceable success stories.
  • Passionate about helping leading brands deliver world-class customer experiences
  • Proven history of exceeding revenue targets and accomplishing key business objectives

 Requirements

  • 5+ years as a leader of a high-performing enterprise software (SaaS) sales team;
  • 10+ years as a top-performing individual contributor in an enterprise software sales role
  • Experience successfully growing a business without the benefit of brand recognition
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota in an enterprise sales organization
