What You'll Do:
The Sales Manager of our Account Management team is responsible for managing North America's Account Management team. This management role is a hands on sales management position responsible for contributing to predictable existing sales velocity and the professional development of high-performing sales reps on the team.
Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:
- Own personal number consisting of Account Managers' quota and total book of business
- Develop business plans for whitespace growth and retention
- Manage assign and hire Account Managers to exceed their respective month, quarter, and annual sales targets
- Perform weekly pipeline reviews with all members of the team
- Coach team on activity based tactics for outbound whitespace creation
- Measure and continually find ways to improve sales process and performance
- Work with Sales Ops to build out predictable reporting/forecasting on pod performance
- Maintain and develop the career growth path within the Sales department
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline to Director, of Account Management Sales
- Drive team to keep SFDC fully populated and up to date
- Ensure sales team is adhering to defined sales best practices/processes including keeping healthy velocity pipeline
- Hold sales reps accountable to defined sales performance plans
- Work with marketing to create an existing business playbook
- Work with legal team for all contractual reviews and requests
- Partner with other departments to provide value to LogicMonitor’s success
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of related experience in B2B/SaaS environments
- 4+ years experience managing high-performing team; SaaS teams preferred
- Proven sales track record of exceeding personal sales quotas
- Ability to successfully support/interact with multiple sales teams in a role that combines highly strategic and transactional selling motions
- Experience with CRM solution, salesforce.com preferred
- Travel up to 30% required
