Sales Support Lead
AffiniPay is in search for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and subject matter expert on all AffiniPay products to act as our Sales Support Lead. This position will report directly to our Director of Sales, assisting our team of 20 account managers in their day to day needs in order to close business and hit their monthly quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Director with day-to-day activities
- Help with the training and onboarding of new account manager hires
- Assist with continuous training and coaching of team members
- Stay informed of new Partners/Integrations and be point person for the sales team success and eliminate low value activities
- Improve processes to drive sales
- Stay informed of new product launches and features
- Serve as a point person for general questions about product (i.e. eCheck, scheduled payments, VT issues, new partners, etc.)
- Assist with updating and maintaining sales knowledge base
- Review offline chats and assign as necessary
- Work with events team to assign sales reps for tradeshows
- Attend industry events when needed
- Monitor live chat and RingCentral dashboard to ensure service level is being met
- Serve as a point person for customer service related issues and questions (including but not limited to)
- PCI Fees/Refunds
- Monthly fee refunds
- Monthly fee updates (i.e. additional months waived)
- Canadian Account issues
- Billing issues
- Customer Escalations
- Assist with implementation of new technology for sales team
- Provide training and support
- Serve as point person for team’s equipment requests (software and hardware) - act as liaison with IT
- Serve as additional back-up for lead distribution and lead transfer requests
- Canadian price change requests
- Canadian cancellations
- Review app submissions outside typical client portfolio to approve for submission
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience at AffiniPay
- Must be a subject matter expert on all AffiniPay products and services, both internal and customer facing
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to detail is a must
