Job Description:
Pluralsight Solution Consultants are responsible for helping clients transform their tech workforce skills by presenting Pluralsight's multi product platform to prospective customers, crafting and delivering demonstrations of the product suite, capturing customer technical requirements, architecting evaluation plans with customers, owning the evaluation process to a successful conclusion and ensuring the handover to the customer success team

What you'll own:
- Passionate about the value which our products deliver to our customers by utilizing our value selling approach in partnership with our customers.
- Support a large team of sales reps as the services technical resource along with the Service Sales Manager
- Be responsible for supporting the services revenue in a specific territory
- Follow technological trends to support services efforts in preparing for new technology needs
- Create, review and/or validate client project and program proposals and delivery timelines
- Develop course outlines for new technical offerings and update existing outlines based on successful programs and changes in the industry
- Collaborate with the Instructor Management team to identify new areas of recruiting and vet new instructor candidates
- Participate on client scoping calls with the Account Management team to determine the true need and ensure the appropriate instructors are being sourced
Experience you'll need:
- Validated experience selling technical education training to corporations
- Proven experience working as an overlay resource to a core sales organization positioning services to large enterprise companies and creating project plans and detailed statement of works is desired
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple lines of business including marketing, field sales, customer success, professional services and operations
- Operational aptitude balanced by highly-effective interpersonal skill set
- Ability to influence senior-level customer decision makers, as well as internal leadership on forging a path forward
- Good business acumen with ability to simplify sophisticated technical subjects to ensure mutual understanding
- Self-starter who is able to optimally time manage, prioritize, produce with autonomy, and provide visibility to key deals
- Prior successful 7+ years of technical consulting services experience, working within technical education training services sales organization preferred
- Prior success of 2+ years leading strategic enterprise technical sales cycles, ideally being a team lead
- Fluent in English, both verbally as well as written
