Strategic Alliance Manager
The Q2 Business Development Team has a new career opportunity available for a Strategic Alliance Manager. This key individual will be responsible for preserving and enhancing strategic relationships with existing partners, while continuing to drive revenue opportunities within the BaaS and Cloud Lending organizations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Fintech, Alternative FI, Financial Services, and Card industries. Possessing a technical background, this candidate will work closely with the Relationship Management and Product teams to not only advance sales promotion efforts, but also manage operational scale and future roadmap aspects of the partnership equally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain executive and functional alignment between Q2 and partner
Manage day-to-day activity related to sales advancement with partner engagements
Collaborate with Q2 and Partner product teams to identify and expand the offerings within the partnership portfolio
Leverage card modeling knowledge to advance partnership deliverables
Work closely with Q2 and Partner delivery/support teams to ensure operational scale
Manage Q2 and Partnership alignment strategy and supporting initiatives
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
8 - 10 years’ B2B relationship management experience
Minimum of 5 years’ account, partner or relationship management experience
Previous experience in banking or banking software industry required
Proficiency in using Microsoft tools – PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships both internally and with partners
Previous experience building relationships with C-level executives critical
Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
