💸 Competitive Salary in USD | 🌍 100% Remote | ☁️ Salesforce & CX Systems Role | 🏦 Fintech & Cryptocurrency Industry

Veta Virtual is hiring a Salesforce Administrator & CX Systems Specialist for one of our high-growth clients in the Fintech and Cryptocurrency industry. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role built for someone who thrives configuring Salesforce Service Cloud, owning contact center and telephony systems, and turning support data into insights that drive real operational decisions. If you love owning multiple workstreams and keeping a CX tech stack running smoothly, this role was made for you.
🔑 Your Role:

You will own the systems and tools that power customer support operations for a fintech and cryptocurrency platform operating thousands of kiosks across multiple countries — blending hands-on Salesforce administration with ownership of the telephony and contact center roadmap. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Managing day-to-day Salesforce Service Cloud configuration — objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and permissions.
  • Troubleshooting user issues and handling routine maintenance and data hygiene to keep the CRM clean, accurate, and reliable.
  • Supporting integrations between Salesforce and other support tools, and evaluating new Salesforce features and releases relevant to support operations.
  • Owning the roadmap for the telephony and contact center platform — including CTI integration, call routing, and IVR — partnering with support leadership to prioritize improvements.
  • Managing vendor relationships and coordinating new telephony rollouts with minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Building and maintaining dashboards on support performance — volume, response times, resolution rates, and CSAT — delivering regular reporting to support and leadership teams.
  • Identifying trends and flagging operational issues surfaced by the data.

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience — Service Cloud strongly preferred.
  • Experience with a contact center or telephony platform such as Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio Flex, NICE, or Genesys — configuration or roadmap ownership is a strong plus.
  • Comfort building reports and dashboards in Salesforce or similar BI tools — you turn raw data into insights leadership can act on.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills — you work confidently with support, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable owning multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Bonus: Salesforce Administrator certification; fintech or regulated industry experience; contact center migration experience; basic crypto/blockchain knowledge.
  • To be considered for this role, you must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.

💼 What We Offer:

  • 💸 Competitive salary in USD — paid consistently every month, no matter where you are.
  • 📈 Performance-based incentives — your results are recognized and rewarded directly.
  • 🌴 +15 paid vacation days per year plus all U.S. federal holidays.
  • 💻 100% remote — work from anywhere in LATAM or Europe with a professional home setup.
  • 🚀 A fast-paced, high-growth environment at the forefront of global fintech and cryptocurrency — where your systems work directly shapes the customer support experience across a global platform.
  • 🤝 A collaborative, supportive culture through Veta Virtual and our client — where your technical expertise and ownership are valued from day one.
