Are you a true Salesforce Trailblazer - the kind of admin who lights up at a workflow problem and can't help but tinker until it's just right? Are you just as comfortable putting Claude and other AI tools to work, turning tedious documentation and reporting into a five-minute job? If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you join the Revenue Operations team at FireMon. We're a small, passionate, and pretty fun crew sitting right at the heart of FireMon's go-to-market strategy - and we can't wait to meet you.

As our Salesforce Admin, you'll own day-to-day user management, work closely with the entire GTM org (Sales/Marketing/Finance/CS), and recommend best practices, all while keeping our CRM integrations running smoothly. We're looking for candidates based in the Central or Eastern time zone so you can overlap with our Revenue Operations and Sales/Marketing stakeholders around the globe.

  • Support and maintain integrations across our GTM tech stack, including LeanData (lead routing), ZoomInfo (data enrichment), Gong (conversation intelligence), and Snowflake (data warehouse)
  • Put Claude and other AI tools to work every day, accelerating documentation, reporting, and process design so you can focus on the fun, high-impact stuff

  • Proven track record of CRM database cleansing and maintenance
  • 3rd party/consultant partnership experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Power user of Claude (or a similar AI assistant) - you use it daily and know how to get real work done with it, not just dabble
  • Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo and Gong
  • Experience with LeanData or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • SFDC administration in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with Snowflake, Gong, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Asana
