Job Purpose
As a Salesforce B2B Commerce GTM Lead: you'll spearhead our B2B practice, shaping strategy and driving innovation. This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, delivery teams, clients, and partners to design, build, and grow this critical capability.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery Excellence: Oversee delivery quality, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and Salesforce best practices. Guide implementation approaches across requirements, integration, payments, and quality assurance.
- Solution Innovation: Develop transformative strategies to optimize the B2B customer experience, drive revenue growth, increase efficiencies, and reduce costs through enablement and omnichannel integration.
- Salesforce Expertise: Maintain deep expertise in B2B Commerce Cloud's evolving capabilities. Leverage product knowledge to recommend innovative solutions that maximize customer outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of total Salesforce experience (CRM, Service, Sales, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- 2+ years working with Salesforce B2B on Lightning
- Deep understanding of Salesforce B2B Commerce features, including catalog and product management, buyer groups, contracted pricing, checkout, and invoicing
- Expert knowledge of the Salesforce B2B Commerce data model
- Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities), CMS, and other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service, Sales)
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, B2B Commerce on Lightning, Experience Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant
- Working knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams across time zones and regions
- Broad experience integrating Salesforce with eCommerce systems and services (e.g., payments, tax, invoicing, inventory, ERP/OMS, analytics, middleware, and global commerce scenarios)
- Prior consulting experience
