Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: Requirements gathering, Process definition, Plan and Design, Testing, Training and continuous improvement of business applications.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with end-users, interpreting business requirements into functional and technical solution designs with actionable tasks.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of declarative Salesforce solutions, managed packages, creation and refinement of flows, external integration, business process automation and other custom functionality.
  • Proactively search for ways to positively impact your business units’ success, such as new Salesforce features released, system and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to ensure timely and high quality delivery of projects.
  • Support our Sales tech stack users globally in all departments: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation
  • Creating flows of all types and manage custom objects
  • Designing and implementing business processes in Sales/Marketing
  • Working directly with end users and business partners on US and International
  • Implementation of CPQ and related process - advantage
  • SaaS companies background - advantage
  • Service Cloud and Experience Sites - advantage
