This is a remote position.
Lead technical delivery and architecture across Salesforce initiatives, guiding developers and admins while enforcing Well-Architected principles, code quality, and secure-by-design practices.
Define solution architecture (data/security model, integrations, LWC/Apex patterns)
Lead estimations, technical design, code reviews, and test/CI/CD strategy
Govern release processes, risk management, and performance tuning
Mentor engineers; foster standards and learning paths/certifications
Partner with business stakeholders to align roadmap with measurable value
Requirements
- Must-Have Qualifications
7–8+ years on Salesforce; 2+ years as technical reference/lead
Strong track record in integrations, data modeling, and security
B2/C1 English
Certifications: PD-I required; PD-II and progress toward Architect (Application/System) preferred
