Employment type: Full-time / Staff Augmentation

Language: Advanced English (C1 preferred; strong B2 acceptable)
Role Mission

Lead technical delivery and architecture across Salesforce initiatives, guiding developers and admins while enforcing Well-Architected principles, code quality, and secure-by-design practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define solution architecture (data/security model, integrations, LWC/Apex patterns)

  • Lead estimations, technical design, code reviews, and test/CI/CD strategy

  • Govern release processes, risk management, and performance tuning

  • Mentor engineers; foster standards and learning paths/certifications

  • Partner with business stakeholders to align roadmap with measurable value



Requirements
  • Must-Have Qualifications
    • 7–8+ years on Salesforce; 2+ years as technical reference/lead

    • Strong track record in integrations, data modeling, and security

    • B2/C1 English

    • Certifications: PD-I required; PD-II and progress toward Architect (Application/System) preferred
