Strongbridge has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer with a strong foundation in CI/CD practices and environment management. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, reliable, and secure deployments across Salesforce and integration platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in automation, version control, and monitoring to maintain consistency between development and production environments. Candidates must be clearable for a public trust and be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and have lived in the US for the past 3 years consecutively.


  • Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and integration environments.
  • Manage version control systems (e.g., Git) to ensure proper branching, merging, and release strategies.
  • Automate deployment processes to streamline delivery and reduce manual errors.
  • Implement basic security practices to safeguard environments and data integrity.
  • Establish and monitor system health checks to ensure consistent performance across development, staging, and production.
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to align deployment processes with organizational goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, integration, and environment stability.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in DevOps, release engineering, or related roles.
  • Configuring and maintaining the Salesforce application built on the Salesforce Government Cloud platform.
  • Managing user accounts, roles, permissions, profiles, and security settings, customizing Salesforce using its native low-code/no-code tools
  • Supporting data migration, creating, and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Supporting and resolving tier 1 tickets and customer support and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce release management, version control, and deployment automation (e.g., using tools like Git, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX). 
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and basic security practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar).
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Exposure to automated testing frameworks for Salesforce.
  • Salesforce, AWS, or Azure certifications.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,00

The posted pay range reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
