Position Overview:

The CRM Engineer plays a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of Vibrant's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This role reports directly into the CRM Director and assists with all functions of CRM programming and design. The primary focus is to learn and understand the CRM, its features, and its functionality. The CRM Engineer maintains the Salesforce CRM system including updates, enhancements, building reports, managing dashboards, and security, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM platform is optimized to enhance customer experiences and streamline business processes.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas, concepts, and processes effectively with other engineers and management.
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce applications and contact center services.
  • Ability to manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
  • Architect, develop, test, maintain, and support integration solutions between Salesforce and other SaaS, custom, or on-premises software applications using REST API, custom connectors, middleware, custom-built connector tools, and web services.
  • Must be able to write technical specifications and documentation.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working in an evolving, complex, & fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with APIs

  • Fully understand CRM fundamentals and advanced features
  • Experience supporting large-scale CRM implementations and upgrades

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required
  • 1+ years of experience as a CRM Engineer or similar role
  • Salesforce certification is preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

The range listed reflects the compensation parameters for the role and does not represent the full compensation package.
