- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Develop scalable and secure SFMC architecture that meets business requirements.
- Design data models, integration strategies, and automation workflows.
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure SFMC components including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
- Implement personalization and segmentation strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Integration & Data Management:
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other third-party systems.
- Ensure proper data flow, synchronization, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Technical Leadership:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SFMC best practices and standards.
- Provide guidance to development teams and stakeholders on technical solutions.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with SFMC updates and emerging technologies.
- Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying complex SFMC solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in SFMC modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data modeling.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to absorb and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work US Central Time hours.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Architect certifications.
- Experience with multi-cloud integrations (Sales, Service, Commerce Cloud).
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
