Minute Media is seeking a Sales Force Operations Manager to lead cross-company processes and strategic projects that enable an effective, scalable, and sustainable growth environment.

In this role, you will partner closely with teams across the organization to streamline operational workflows, improve business performance, and drive high-impact initiatives. The position reports directly to the Senior Director of Business Operations and offers high visibility to C-level leadership and the broader management team.

  • Leading the full lifecycle of operational process design, from requirement gathering to full implementation in Salesforce, including phased rollout, testing, stakeholder alignment, communication management, user training, and post-launch optimization, involving multiple business units (e.g., Sales, RevOps, Finance, Account Executive, Marketing, etc.)
  • Overseeing and mapping sales-cycle related workflows, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and building optimized processes, flows, validations, and automations in Salesforce to support scalability and sustainable growth
  • Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues across global teams (US & Canada, CALA, EMEA, APAC)
  • Develop tailored Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with actionable insights and visibility into business performance.
  • Perform ongoing data quality checks, identify gaps and errors (using a prebuilt set of dashboards and reports) and enforce procedures compliance to ensure data is accurate & reliable to be used confidently for reporting and decision-making.
  • Oversee Salesforce account setup and access rights, ensure compliance with SSO policies, and monitor system storage to optimize capacity usage.
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training to users, ensuring proper adoption of Salesforce and other related tools, processes, and best practices.

The expected salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and location. The benefits available for this position include flexible vacation policy, 15 paid holidays, paid parental leave, health insurance, 401(k) with company match.

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce implementor in Business Operations / Project management / RevOps or a top-tier consulting firm
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience leading the full lifecycle (E2E) of operational process design,from requirement gathering and to full implementation in Salesforce.
  • Strong skills in managing diverse stakeholder expectations, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus across teams with varying priorities.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial management engineering
