We are seeking a Salesforce Promotions Engine & Loyalty Management Consultant / Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale promotions and loyalty ecosystems.

This role will architect and deliver Salesforce-based engagement solutions integrating Salesforce Promotions, Loyalty Management, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, mobile platforms, and backend systems.

You will drive end-to-end customer engagement initiatives including incentive programs, promotional campaigns, referral systems, tiered loyalty models, and partner integrations across digital channels

Key ResponsibilitiesPromotions Engine Architecture & Design
  • Design and configure scalable promotions frameworks including:
    • Coupons, vouchers, promo codes
    • Flash discounts and bundles
    • Cashback and referral incentives
  • Define eligibility logic, stacking rules, validation workflows, and redemption orchestration.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to enable campaign-driven and personalized offers.
  • Establish governance standards for lifecycle management of promotions.
Loyalty Management Implementation
  • Design and implement loyalty programs including:
    • Tier structures
    • Points accrual/redemption logic
    • Rewards and benefits configuration
    • Gamification mechanics
  • Configure segmentation, engagement triggers, and omnichannel loyalty experiences.
  • Align loyalty journeys across mobile apps, web platforms, and CRM touchpoints.
Solution Architecture & Integration
  • Define end-to-end solution architecture integrating Salesforce with:
    • Mobile applications
    • Identity providers (SSO)
    • Billing and subscription platforms
    • Partner ecosystems
  • Design APIs and data flows for promotion validation, entitlement management, and loyalty transactions.
  • Support partner incentive settlement and reporting workflows.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance system design.
Stakeholder & Business Collaboration
  • Lead discovery workshops to define roadmap priorities and translate business strategy into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
  • Align customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies with technical execution.
Delivery Leadership & Governance
  • Provide architectural and functional leadership across implementation phases.
  • Produce architecture diagrams, sequence flows, and technical documentation.
  • Support QA, UAT, deployment planning, and production rollout.
  • Define standards for performance, security, and anti-abuse logic.

Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Management and Promotions capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, customer lifecycle management, and digital engagement models.
  • Experience designing API integrations and SSO implementations.
  • Proven experience delivering omnichannel customer engagement solutions.
  • Strong consulting presence and executive stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to create architecture diagrams, data flows, and sequence diagrams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mobility, transportation, subscription, or marketplace platforms.
  • Background in discounting systems, referral engines, bundles, flash promotions, or loyalty gamification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection or anti-abuse logic in promotions systems.
  • Exposure to partner ecosystems and incentive settlement workflows.

Benefits

This is an initial 2–3 month contract engagement with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
