We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who can lead the delivery of high-quality Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions from discovery through deployment. You’ll work directly with clients, translate business needs into clear requirements, and guide projects to successful outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of technical execution, client partnership, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery.
  • Writing user stories as an output to discovery sessions. At times, leading discovery sessions.
  • Establishes knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to translate into opportunities.
  • Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams.
  • Contributes to project discoveries, kickoff, prepare proposals and statements of work following company standards.
  • Leading training sessions and walking through the front-end steps an end user would take as well as walking technical users through the back-end.
  • Understanding how to move data between environments using standard data loading tools.
  • Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
  • Works with customers to establish approved wireframes and mock-ups for solutions.
  • Assists project team to establish high, mid, and micro level plans for project team.
  • Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
  • Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans as well as assist with test execution.
  • Instills team commitment to company delivery methodologies and practices.
Qualifications
  • Growing expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud with hands-on configuration experience across core platform features and multiple types of engagements

  • Experience with Service Cloud Voice (SVC), Field Service Lightning, Agentforce a plus

  • Comfortable serving as the primary client-facing point person for portions of workshops, requirement sessions, demos, testing, and training while keeping stakeholders aligned and raising risks early when delivery is at risk

  • Strong hands-on skills in flows, approvals, assignment rules, case and opportunity configuration, Experience Cloud basics, declarative automation, reporting, and user lifecycle management across internal and external audiences

  • Capable of completing at least 80 percent of declarative build needs without detailed solution notes, including building flows, configuring routing and queues, managing Experience Cloud permissions, and installing common AppExchange packages

  • Understands the SOW, can identify risks such as scope creep or unclear requirements, and partners with PMs to propose next steps before issues escalate into delivery challenges

  • Understands the purpose of every deliverable, knows where templates live, and can drive the creation of high-quality documentation with minimal guidance while teaching junior consultants how to create strong first iterations

  • Resourceful problem solver who takes ownership of assigned work, seeks guidance appropriately, and can execute Solution Architect designs with minimal oversight while delivering predictable quality

  • Experience with Experience Cloud is not required, though exposure to portals, sharing models, and customer or partner communities is a notable advantage and an expected growth area

  • Confident participating in hands-on configuration interviews and demonstrating practical, real-world Salesforce problem solving across multiple clouds

  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats, especially when leading client meetings or translating requirements for delivery teams.

  • Minimum of three years of hands-on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud consulting experience.

  • Active Salesforce Administrator certification, with additional Service Cloud or Consultant certs preferred.

  • Team-first mindset, with the ability to guide junior consultants and take ownership of client outcomes when needed.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $57,798 to $131,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation programs.
