The Role

We are seeking a driven and talented Salesforce Software Engineer to join our team. This role provides an opportunity to develop and support cutting-edge Salesforce solutions while contributing to our Lead-to-Cash processes and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment. This role requires a focus on quality, performance, and innovation, with opportunities to grow technical and professional skills.
What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and test Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Visualforce pages, and process automations.
  • Develop automated test scripts and refine code for performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define user and system specifications and translate these into effective technical solutions.
  • Apply foundational practices such as the software development lifecycle (SDLC), test-driven development (TDD), and version control.
  • Leverage critical thinking and debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in architectural and design reviews to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with peers, mentors, and managers to enhance team contributions.
  • Identify opportunities to drive improvements in productivity and efficiency.
  • • Suggest novel solutions to complex problems and proactively contribute to team and project goals.


Additional Description
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a closely related field.


  • 2+ years of relevant full-time experience, or equivalent knowledge combined with 4+ years of full-time experience.


  • In-depth expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, SOQL).


  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables effectively.


  • Strong engineering practices in a specific domain with demonstrated proficiency in software development, testing, and debugging.


  • Self-driven with a proven ability to learn and grow with mentoring and guidance.
  • In-depth expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWCs, Visualforce, SOQL).
  • Working knowledge of additional programming languages and software design principles.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).

  • A Master's degree in the same disciplines with substantial internship experience.
