AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.


We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and  automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.

Overview


We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect (Technical Solutions Engineer) to bring their passion and knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to design and architect scalable solutions for our customers. You'll be bringing the value of AgentSync's product to life. In this role, you’ll design complex solutions that integrate AgentSync's Salesforce app into our customer's existing business system workflows. You'll be working with a variety of technologies including Salesforce and Mulesoft, to deliver innovative solutions for the insurance industry. As a technical leader and architect, you'll be doing code reviews for a team of developers who are bringing your design to life, so this means we need to you be able to read and write APEX at a high proficiency.

Location:

This position may be based in our Denver, CO office or remotely from one of the following states: CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MO, NC, NV, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, & WA.

What you’ll do:
  • Solution Design: Develop and document technical solutions that align with our product capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring a seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Customer Collaboration: Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives, translating these into effective technical solutions using our product.
  • Product Alignment: Work closely with product teams to ensure proposed solutions fit within the product’s framework and contribute to its ongoing improvement.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the insurance industry and your technical expertise with the Salesforce platform to provide insights and recommendations that enhance our product’s value to customers.
  • Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment of technical solutions, ensuring they meet the defined requirements and deliver expected outcomes.  This includes both hands-on development and overseeing and supporting engineers on your project(s).
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for solutions, ensuring clarity and usability for both customers and internal teams.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring project alignment.
  • Solution Quality Ownership: Ensure delivered solutions are high-quality, and cost-effective, addressing customer needs while minimizing total cost of ownership and resolving any post-launch issues efficiently.
Experience:
  • 3+ years architecting and designing highly scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions across a variety of industries.
  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience building solutions, using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and best practices for scalable solutions.
  • Working between business analysts and outsourced development teams to deliver custom enterprise solutions with a variety of complexity. Translating functional requirements into technical designs.
Technical Skills:
  • Salesforce Certifications: Application Architect or System Architect (highly preferred).
  • Proficiency in SOQL and SQL for querying Salesforce and external databases.
  • Experience using integration middleware tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and how to design around them.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to different audiences.
Development Methodologies:
  • Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprints, creating user stories, and maintaining backlogs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Git version control, and automated deployment tools for Salesforce.
Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Proven track record of successfully solving complex technical challenges, performing root cause analysis, and identifying and implementing effective solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in insurtech, financial services, or other relevant industries.
  • Familiarity with Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Communities, and other advanced Salesforce features.
  • Experience with Testing Frameworks: Proficient in using Salesforce testing frameworks, including test classes and assertions, to ensure robust and scalable code.

Total Compensation

The following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role.


💰 $165K-$190K base salary
