What will I be doing?
Our Salesforce Senior Developers help drive implementation and maintenance of current and future systems for our clients.
- Ability to create custom developments that are highly functional, scalable, and easily maintained.
- Analyze, code, implement and test customized software applications built on Salesforce’s Force.com platform
- Strong in coding custom developed Salesforce functionality using Salesforce API, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning, and other tools that extend the product.
- The ability to promptly and complete resolution to issues, aligning both business and technical considerations, and participation in the execution of test plans, ensuring quality solutions are delivered.
- Work closely with our analysts and architects to help identify and plan long-term roadmaps based on these platforms.
- Be an expert in multiple pieces of these diverse platforms and effectively integrate the platforms with external systems through common integrations patterns using APIs, ETL tools and service technologies.
- We highly value Salesforce certifications and will support and encourage your continued development.
What technical skills/education do I need?
- 2 – 5+ years of software development experience, ideally in a consulting environment
- 2 – 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Strong technical design skills and an ability to deliver client driven solutions
- Motivated to learn new software as a service (SaaS) technologies
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is required
- Development experience with JSP/ ASP, Java, HTML language is desired
- Development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components is required
- Salesforce Certifications (App Builder, Dev I, Dev II, Admin) preferred
- College degree preferred
