Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits.
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing).
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
- Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.
