Position Overview: As a SAP ABAP Consultant at SAPSOL Technologies Inc., you will start your career by supporting the design, development, and implementation of custom SAP ABAP solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who may have gaps in their employment history or limited work experience but possess a strong willingness to learn and grow within the field of SAP ABAP programming. You will work under the guidance of experienced consultants to develop your skills and contribute to various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and forms while learning from senior consultants.
  • Technical Support: Help troubleshoot and support existing ABAP programs, and work on resolving technical issues with guidance.
  • Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants, project managers, and other team members to support the successful delivery of SAP projects.
  • Testing: Participate in unit testing and assist with integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP developments and industry trends, and actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Limited professional experience is acceptable. Gaps in employment or limited work experience will not be viewed as a barrier, provided you can demonstrate a strong interest and foundational knowledge in SAP ABAP or related fields.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to interact and collaborate with team members and clients.
  • Enthusiasm: A keen interest in SAP technologies and a desire to grow within the field of SAP consulting.
