KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant to drive analytics strategy, deliver advanced reporting solutions, and support data-driven decision-making for our clients. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain SAC solutions, working closely with business and technical teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP Analytics Cloud implementations including requirements gathering, design, deployment, and user enablement.
  • Develop and configure advanced dashboards, stories, models, and planning applications using SAC tools and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design data models, hierarchies, and calculations to meet analytical needs.
  • Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud with SAP and non-SAP data sources including S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and external data lakes.
  • Optimize performance, data flows, and security settings for large datasets.
  • Create interactive reports, visualizations, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for data governance, security roles, data blending, and system architecture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data connectivity, modeling, or reporting.
  • Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and support change management processes.
  • Stay current with SAP Analytics Cloud updates, new functionalities, and industry trends.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing SAP Analytics Cloud or BI solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in designing reports, dashboards, and planning models using SAC.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data wrangling, formulas, scripting, and storytelling techniques.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, BW, and other data integration frameworks.
  • Understanding of data security, user roles, and authorization concepts in SAC.
  • Proficient in integrating APIs, web services, and external data sources.
  • SAP certification in Analytics Cloud or related tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
