Job Summary
We are seeking a Platinum-level SAP Finance Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Product Costing (CO-PC) and Material Ledger (Actual Costing). The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, including Universal Parallel Accounting (UPA) implementations. The consultant will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering end-to-end finance solutions for global SAP programs.
Mandatory Requirements
- SAP Certified Consultant in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong specialization in:
- Product Costing (CO-PC)
- Material Ledger & Actual Costing
- Cost Object Controlling
- Inventory Valuation
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (minimum 2–3 full lifecycle projects).
- Strong exposure to Universal Parallel Accounting (UPA) in S/4HANA.
- Experience in global template design, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong integration knowledge with:
- Financial Accounting (FI)
- Controlling (CO)
- Procurement (MM)
- Manufacturing (PP)
- Sales & Distribution (SD)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Finance workstreams focused on Product Costing and Material Ledger.
- Design and implement Material Ledger, Actual Costing, and inventory valuation processes in S/4HANA.
- Configure and support Universal Parallel Accounting (UPA) solutions.
- Conduct business process workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
- Drive solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to Product Costing and Material Ledger.
- Provide guidance to business users and junior consultants.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, automotive, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Margin Analysis is advantageous.
- PMP, Agile, or SAP Activate certification is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
