KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a skilled SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer to support SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation initiatives and application modernization programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP Business Application Studio, OData services, and user experience design.

The developer will work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to design, develop, enhance, and support responsive SAP applications that deliver exceptional user experiences across desktop and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development
  • Design, develop, and enhance SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5.

  • Develop custom applications, extensions, and enhancements for SAP S/4HANA Cloud environments.

  • Build responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces.

  • Implement SAP Fiori Design Guidelines and UX best practices.

  • Develop reusable UI components and application frameworks.

Technical Development
  • Develop and consume:

    • OData Services

    • REST APIs

    • CDS Views

    • SAP Gateway Services

  • Extend standard SAP Fiori applications using SAP-recommended approaches.

  • Integrate SAP and non-SAP applications.

  • Support clean-core extension strategies using SAP BTP.

User Experience & Design
  • Collaborate with business users to gather UI/UX requirements.

  • Design intuitive and user-friendly application interfaces.

  • Improve application usability, accessibility, and performance.

  • Conduct application demonstrations and stakeholder reviews.

Testing & Deployment
  • Perform unit testing and application quality assurance.

  • Support integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Troubleshoot application issues and performance bottlenecks.

  • Support deployment and release activities.

Support & Maintenance
  • Provide production support and issue resolution.

  • Optimize application performance and scalability.

  • Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

  • Support SAP quarterly cloud release assessments.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of SAP Fiori/UI5 development experience.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • SAPUI5

    • SAP Fiori Applications

    • JavaScript

    • HTML5

    • CSS3

    • XML Views

    • OData Services

  • Experience with:

    • SAP Business Application Studio

    • SAP Gateway

    • SAP S/4HANA

  • Strong understanding of SAP Fiori Design Principles.

  • Experience developing responsive web applications.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Fiori Developer Certification.

  • Experience with:

    • SAP BTP

    • CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)

    • SAP Build Apps

    • SAP Build Work Zone

    • CDS Views

    • RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)

    • SAP Launchpad Service

    • SAP Mobile Services

  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
