KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Manufacturing Consultant (PP) to support manufacturing transformation and ERP implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in production planning, manufacturing execution, material requirements planning (MRP), bills of materials (BOM), routings, capacity planning, and integration with Supply Chain and Finance processes.

The consultant will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and business leadership teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Manufacturing solutions using SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
  • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather manufacturing business requirements.

  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Manufacturing processes including:

    • Material Master

    • Bills of Material (BOM)

    • Work Centers

    • Routings / Production Versions

    • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

    • Demand Management

    • Capacity Planning

    • Production Orders

    • Shop Floor Control

    • Repetitive Manufacturing

    • Batch Management

    • Production Execution

  • Configure manufacturing organizational structures and planning parameters.

Implementation & Delivery
  • Participate in SAP Activate implementation projects.

  • Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.

  • Support master data design, cleansing, and migration activities.

  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Support cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities.

Integration & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with:

    • Materials Management (MM)

    • Warehouse Management (EWM)

    • Sales & Distribution (SD)

    • Finance (FI)

    • Controlling (CO)

    • Quality Management (QM)

    • Procurement and Supply Chain teams

  • Ensure seamless Plan-to-Produce integration across business functions.

Support & Optimization
  • Provide post-go-live support and hypercare.

  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and planning process issues.

  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Support SAP quarterly cloud release assessments and testing.

  • Drive manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP PP consulting experience.

  • Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Production Planning (PP)

    • MRP

    • BOMs

    • Routings / Production Versions

    • Capacity Planning

    • Production Orders

    • Manufacturing Execution

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

  • Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Manufacturing Certification.

  • Experience with:

    • Advanced Planning & Scheduling

    • Demand-Driven MRP (DDMRP)

    • Embedded Analytics

    • SAP Digital Manufacturing

    • SAP Fiori Applications

    • Quality Management (QM)

    • Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

  • Experience supporting global and multi-country manufacturing implementations.

  • Experience in discrete, process, automotive, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, or life sciences industries.
