KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sales Consultant (SD) to support global digital transformation and ERP implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, sales operations, customer management, pricing, billing, and integration with Finance, Procurement, and Logistics functions.

The consultant will partner with business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sales solutions while leveraging SAP best practices and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
  • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements.

  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sales processes including:

    • Customer Master Data

    • Sales Orders

    • Quotations and Contracts

    • Pricing and Discounts

    • Credit Management

    • Deliveries and Shipping

    • Billing and Invoicing

    • Returns and Complaints Processing

    • Intercompany Sales

  • Configure sales organizations, distribution channels, divisions, and partner functions.

Implementation & Delivery
  • Participate in all phases of SAP Activate implementation methodology.

  • Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.

  • Support data migration and master data governance activities.

  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Support cutover planning, deployment, and go-live activities.

Integration & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including:

    • Finance (FI)

    • Controlling (CO)

    • Materials Management (MM)

    • Transportation & Logistics

    • Warehouse Management (EWM)

    • Customer Service

  • Ensure seamless Order-to-Cash process integration across modules.

Support & Optimization
  • Provide post-go-live support and hypercare.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve sales process and system issues.

  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Support SAP quarterly cloud release assessments and testing.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP SD consulting experience.

  • Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects.

  • Strong expertise in:

    • Order-to-Cash (O2C)

    • Sales Order Processing

    • Pricing & Condition Techniques

    • Billing & Invoicing

    • Returns Management

    • Credit Management

    • Customer Master Data

  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

  • Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.

  • Strong understanding of sales and distribution business processes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Sales Certification.

  • Experience with:

    • Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP)

    • SAP Fiori Applications

    • SAP Analytics Cloud

    • EWM and Transportation Management integrations

    • Subscription and Contract Management

  • Experience supporting global and multi-country implementations.

  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, consumer products, or distribution industries.
