KATBOTZ LLC is seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Functional Consultants to support global ERP transformation initiatives. We are looking for both leaders and hands-on practitioners with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and strong business process knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops, configuring SAP best-practice processes, supporting testing and deployment activities, and collaborating across functional workstreams to deliver successful cloud transformations.

We are particularly interested in consultants with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Finance (FI)

  • Controlling (CO)

  • Sales (SD)

  • Procurement (MM)

  • Manufacturing (PP)

  • Warehouse Management (EWM)

  • Service Management

  • Project Systems (PS)

Key Responsibilities
Business Process Design

  • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and requirements discussions.

  • Analyze business processes and recommend SAP Public Cloud best-practice solutions.

  • Challenge customizations and drive standardization wherever possible.

  • Design end-to-end business processes aligned with SAP Public Cloud capabilities.

Solution Configuration
  • Configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions within assigned functional area.

  • Maintain organizational structures, master data, and business process settings.

  • Support configuration documentation and solution design deliverables.

  • Ensure adherence to SAP Public Cloud standards and clean-core principles.

Implementation & Delivery
  • Participate in all phases of SAP Activate methodology.

  • Support data migration activities.

  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Assist with cutover planning and go-live execution.

  • Support hypercare and post-production stabilization activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with:

    • Business Stakeholders

    • Solution Architects

    • Integration Teams

    • Data Migration Teams

    • Change Management Teams

    • Testing Teams

  • Ensure seamless end-to-end process integration across modules.

Continuous Improvement
  • Support SAP quarterly cloud release assessments.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

  • Promote SAP best practices and cloud-first thinking.

  • Assist clients in maximizing value from SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud investments.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.

  • Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.

  • Strong expertise in at least one functional domain (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, Service, or PS).

  • Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.

  • Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology.

  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications.

  • Strong business process knowledge and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
