Lead configuration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA CS and SD modules, translating business requirements into efficient SAP solutions, and ensuring cross-module integration.
Introduction
At D4M, we don’t just implement systems — we help businesses transform how they serve their customers. As we continue to expand our SAP practice, we are seeking a Senior SAP Consultant who combines strong technical expertise with in-depth business understanding across the Customer Service (CS) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, all within SAP S/4HANA environments.
In this role, you'll go beyond configuration. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to design smart, scalable service and sales processes, backed by the latest SAP technologies. If you’re passionate about delivering solutions that truly improve customer experiences, this is the place to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA CS and SD modules.
- Gather and translate business requirements into efficient SAP solutions.
- Configure and support end-to-end processes including:
- CS: service orders, notifications, contracts, warranties, repair processes, resource-related billing.
- SD: order-to-cash flows, pricing, shipping/deliveries, invoicing, credit/debit memos.
- Ensure integration with related modules like MM, FI, PM, and CRM.
- Participate in greenfield or brownfield S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Address and resolve SAP CS and SD functional issues during implementations and in production.
- Develop functional documentation (design specs, process flows) and deliver user training.
- Facilitate workshops and coordinate with cross-functional/global teams to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of SAP consulting experience, with strong focus on CS and SD modules.
- Proven experience working in SAP S/4HANA projects (greenfield or brownfield).
- Deep knowledge of functional configuration in both CS and SD.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori UX in a S/4HANA environment.
- Strong understanding of cross-module integration (e.g., MM, FI, PM, CRM).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Independent and proactive work style, with experience leading workshops and delivering solutions end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Sales or S/4HANA Customer Management.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to large-scale, global, or multi-country SAP implementations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
