Lead end-to-end SAP Solution Manager implementations and operations, including change management, transports, system landscape administration, test management, performance optimization, incident handling, BPM setup/troubleshooting, ChaRM/CCMS/CTS+ configuration, and documentation. Interface with business process owners and deliver service-level reporting and root-cause analysis.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the analysis, design, customization and operations of SAP Solution Manager implementations. Not only the pure technical usage, also implementing the SolMan Solutions.
- Must managed SAP Solman Implementation from top to bottom starting with change management and project planning, to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment.
- Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities.
- Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.
- Managing SAP Operations, System Landscape Information, IT Task Management and GPA, Template Management, Test Management activities.
- Should have an experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.0 and 7.1. or 7.2
- Should have experience in Technical Tasks Customization and operation of the SAP SolMan modules
- Business Processes Modelling, Business Process Change Analysis, Business Process Monitoring
- Change Request Management (ChaRM), Change Control Management System (CCMS), Change Transport System (CTS+)
- System Administration / Monitoring
- Incident Management / Helpdesk
- Test Management, Testing Tool Integration (HP Load Runner, HP Quality Centre, etc)
- End-to-End Root Cause Analysis (E2E / RCA)
- Service Level reporting - Solution Documentation
- Experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM.
- Should be able to present and interact business process owners in the environment.
- Must have good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers.
- Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.
- Excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment.
- Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
